Unfortunately a few days ago Flowers2Nikolaev.com has been attacked by hackers: either spammers or competitors.

Below is the letter we’ve sent to our valued customers. Please read it and learn the details of the issue.

• Dear customersWe are very sorry for any spam you could receive from such emails as info@flowers2nikolaev.com, administrator@flowers2nikolaev.com, etc.We’ve never sent it to you as we use only the email flowers2nikolaev@gmail.com to correspond with our customers.Unfortunately the mail page of our website Flowers2Nikolaev.com has been hacked by spammers or competitors. It seems not everyone likes fair prices we offer our customers.

  Please accept our regrets about this issue. We are doing our best to investigate it.

  Note, your personal information which is kept in our database is safe and no one can see it except the website’s staff. So the only info the spammers could find is your email.

  Right now a well experienced programmer is taking care of our site (Flowers2Nikolaev.com) and the issue will be resolved as soon as possible.

  If you would like to contact the manager at Flowers2Nikolaev.com please send an email to flowers2nikolaev@gmail.com but never open the letters from such email addresses as info@flowers2nikolaev.com, administrator@flowers2nikolaev.com, etc or answer them.

  The letters from email addresses other than flowers2nikolaev@gmail.com are surely spamming letters. Please be aware of it.

  Once again, we are very sorry you have to go through this. We hate spammers as much as you do and we promise to stop the spammers shortly.
